Dance Doctors Studios follows a structured course of study. The IDTA Syllabus provides correct and proper early training to establish correct muscle memory. It is essential that students correctly master these basic skills, otherwise they will not be successful later when the dance style requires more complex and difficult figures.

Rosettes Dance Classes (3-5 years)
Pre-school Children

For our younger pre-school children, this class introduces movement, co-ordination and musicality in a fun environment.

The children use their imaginations in role playing, which leads to mime and acting. They dance with a partner and learn to move as part of a group.

There are normally two or three rosette groups on offer, and the teacher will assign your child to the one most suited to their needs and ability.

The main focus of these classes is to have fun and are enjoyed by the children as well as the teachers who take them!

The reception aged student begins preparation for the more complex study of  Ballet,  Tap, Modern Jazz and Theatre Craft.

The dance vocabulary expands and fine motor skills are rapidly increasing. The teaching emphasis is on the continuation of the natural expressiveness of the very young child. A sense of fantasy meets with teacher approval.

Our classes are FUN and the enthusiasm of our teachers makes the learning of dance a joy for the students.
