Communication is important at DDS and I hope that the following ways will give you alternatives for getting messages to us.

Reception
We are in the fortunate position of having reception staff who can deal with any enquiries that you may have. Please direct your enquiries to the Receptionist on duty at the Reception Desk. If they are not able to answer your query, they will find someone who can.
Reception is open as follows:
Monday -Thursday   4.00pm-8.00pm and
Friday                     CLOSED
Saturday                 8.45am-3.30pm

Messages Book
There is a messages book situated at Reception. Please write any questions you may have in the messages book. We will try to get back to you within 2 days of the message being left (3 days if over a weekend) as soon as we have read it.

When no-one is on the reception desk, the answer phone will cut in. Please leave your name and contact numbers (both daytime AND evening) and we will try to ring you back within 2 days of the call being left (3 days if over the weekend).

E-Mail
You can e-mail your queries to . The Principal, Karen Oates will usually try to reply to your e-mails as soon as they are read. The e-mail is checked at least 2-3 times per week.
