DDS Successes

DDS pupils have excellent foundation training in ballet, tap modern jazz and musical theatre. The senior students are just now coming of age to think about a professional career. The ones who have been old enough (between 16 and 19 yrs of age) have gone on to audition for professional stage schools, and been accepted onto the course. We have a 100% track record!

Students have beed accepted at the following colleges:- Laban Contemporary, Phil Winston's Theatre Works and SLP. DDS Students have represented the school with, English National Ballet, Derby Assembly Rooms Pantomime & Nottingham Theatre Royal's "Whistle Down the Wind".

Younger pupils have become associate students with New English Contemporary Ballet, Laine Theatre Arts, and The Urdang Academy. Others have undertaken modelling assignments and have appeared in various advertisments (Pfeiffe bananas, Asda Pyjamas, ELC toys, etc).
